We are looking to acquire a talented player to fill this position within our team based at the Boucherville head office (currently telecommuting), under the supervision of the Director of Finance and thus join our great team of accounting technicians in place.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Full accounting cycle in a highly computerized environment:
Sales entry
Entry of suppliers and preparation of payments
Bank reconciliations
Follow-up of fixed assets
Preparation of month-end entries and analyses
Analysis of financial statement ratios with budgets
Prepare tax reports
Prepare certain reports for management (statistical, financial and accounting)
Assist in the preparation of information required for annual tax returns
Various administrative tasks
Perform all other related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Analytical mind and attention to detail
- Demonstrate computer independence, thoroughness and initiative
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to communicate well with various stakeholders and colleagues
- Training in accounting
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting (in a company or accounting firm)
- Professional knowledge of MS Office suite
- Masters the French language
