We are looking to acquire a talented, motivated and creative player to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator within our team based at the Boucherville service center (hybrid work model), under the supervision of the Marketing Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the execution of tactics to increase customer traffic and retention, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
Support the team in various projects and work closely with the production and operations departments;
Establish deadlines, ensure regular follow-ups, prioritize work, report any obstacles and be proactive in finding solutions;
Coordinate the various activities related to marketing strategies;
Coordinate requests related to internal and external communications;
Ensure daily monitoring and stay abreast of trends and best practices (food industry, digital marketing, social networks, etc.);
Ensure and administer customer service for our Club Cage members;
Provide support in the coordination and logistics of various events;
Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications department;
Participate in the creation of a culture that strives to be at the forefront of commitment, team spirit, innovation and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Agility, autonomy, proactivity and curiosity;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and to work under pressure in a dynamic and constantly changing environment;
Rigor and a keen eye for detail;
Good ability to synthesize;
Excellent oral and written skills in French and English;
Comfortable with the hybrid formula (telecommuting);
Positive and solution-oriented attitude;
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
Thirst for learning and desire to excel;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
