We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

On a daily basis you will...
-Post jobs on the company's career site, on job boards, in schools, with organizations and on various social media.
-Organize and participate in various events such as recruitment days at restaurant openings and job fairs across Quebec.
-Establish partnerships with various culinary training schools.
-Keep track of the various data and performance indicators of the recruitment process in the dashboard.
-Select resumes and conduct telephone interviews for positions available in the kitchens of our establishments.
-Participate in the development and implementation of innovative recruiting solutions.
-Proactively research potential candidates for open positions.
-Carry out all other tasks that may be added to your work over time as the department evolves.
You are passionate about recruiting, ...and passionate about many other things.
You could bring valuable past experience to the table having worked at least 2 years in a similar role.
You have a background in human resources, your expertise will be valuable to us.
You speak French and English fluently.
You are energetic and have a sense of initiative, which is even better.
Customer service is of paramount importance to you, and to us.
You have the ability to manage volume and multiple files at once while keeping priorities in mind.
You know how to stand out as an autonomous and proactive person.
